Welcome to the Pig n Whistle Rotonda!
Your hosts Peter and Margareta cordially welcome you to our establishment and sincerely hope you will enjoy your dining or drinking experience with us.
If you are wondering why two mad Europeans have opened a bar and restaurant in downtown Rotonda, please believe us, sometimes, so do we!!!. Please be discreet when visiting the Restrooms, Charlotte County may need a Permit for it.!!!!!!.
Seriously, after 18 years of owning and running a restaurant in Southern Spain, we stumbled on and fell in love with Rotonda, firstly as a holiday home and then after much deliberation we decided to pull up our roots and move home to across the Pond and settle in Rotonda.
We felt there was a niche for European style dining here and so the Pig’n’Whistle concept was born.
You might find the way we operate slightly different to other restaurants in the area. For instance all our front of house staff are there to serve you, not just the server assigned to your table, so feel free to ask any of us for anything you may need. Also please remember the majority of our dishes are cooked to order and therefore may take sometime to prepare!!
When you have finished your meal it is not our policy to rush you from your table, so please ask one of our staff when you want the check!!!!
